I am a happily married mother of two adult children with six gorgeous grandchildren. Before I became a marriage celebrant I worked as an Assistant Pre-school Teacher at Jervis Bay Pre-school for almost 20 years (during this time I was nominated for the ACT Achievement Award.)
I am currently employed as a Disability Support Worker at a local Café, empowering and encouraging workers with disabilities to also achieve their dreams.
I have performed numerous ceremonies, around Australia, in a variety of beautiful and unusual locations, including a renewal of vows in the spectacular Lamington National Park in Queensland.
With my background working with children I love to include children in my ceremonies (where applicable)
I have my own PA System which I am happy to use should the occasion require one, & I am also able to provide table & chairs for signing of the documents.
While I devote my time to only one ceremony per day, I am happy to conduct not only weddings, but also renewal of vows, naming ceremonies, same sex commitments and pet funerals- almost any celebration that you require. (I will also MC your wedding speeches & toasts if required - addition cost)
You will find me well groomed and I dress to the occasion, fitting in with your style of wedding or ceremony.
I follow the Code of Practice as provided by the Attorney General's Department and I am a member of the Australian Federation of Civil Celebrants (with full insurance) I am also a Justice of the Peace and I am happy to witness or sign any legal documents you may have.
I will give Seniors (over 60) a 10% discount on their wedding.
